Services are advisory in nature unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Each engagement shall be governed by a written proposal, agreement, or engagement letter specifying scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees.
Fees are as agreed in writing. Payments are non-refundable once advisory work has commenced unless otherwise specified in a formal agreement.
All frameworks, methodologies, and advisory structures developed by Pack Networks remain its intellectual property unless explicitly transferred in writing.
Client information is treated as confidential and will not be disclosed except as required by law or agreed in writing.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Pack Networks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from advisory services.
Total liability, if any, shall not exceed fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, engagements are governed by the laws of India. International clients may execute jurisdiction-specific agreements as required.
Pack Networks reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
